PS23 GEARBOX / DIFF OIL TREATMENT

(Lubricant for treatment of gearbox and differential oils – S.A.E. 85W90) This product is based on the original well proven PS23 Metal / Engine Oil Treatment formula, the only difference being an increase in viscosity to meet the requirements of transmission lubricants. The product can be used in manual gearboxes and differentials of cars, trucks and busses, as well as off road equipment and for heavy industrial use in transmissions and drives.

PS23 PENETRATING LUBRICANT

This excellent, non-flammable product will penetrate, lubricate, and reduce friction, wear, as well as displace condensation and moisture.

Use PS23 Penetrating Lubricant on all tight bolts, nuts, rusty locks, car hinges, tools, chains, bearings, sticky carburetor throttles, blinds, curtain rails – on anything that squeaks, slides, rolls or swivels.

PS23 ASSEMBLY OIL

PS23 Assembly Oil was specially developed for use in Rock Drills. Subsequently the product has been used wherever “RUNNING-IN” of components or parts has not been a requirement. The product contains a high concentration PS23 Metal Treatment, as well as a unique anti-corrosion package.

During assembly of Rock Drills, Machines, Engines, Equipment etc., the various parts, are immersed in a tank filled with Assembly Oil for at least 1(one) hour. A recommendation that will enhance the microscopic penetration of our ASSEMBLY OIL in the metal parts is that the ASSEMBLY OIL in the immersion tank be heated to 70 degrees C. All new replacement component parts needed for assembly will also be treated as such. This procedure can also be utilized during maintenance and strip down of equipment in all industries

PS23 Paint-on oil

The PS23 paint-on oil was developed to operate in conjunction with the Assembly Oil in Rock Drills. The Paint-On Oil has a much higher viscosity than PS23 Assembly Oil to give it better “cling-ability” to component surfaces.

PS23 FOOD FRIEND LUBRICANT SPRAY

Our Food Friend Lubricant Spray is a high-tech lubricating oil for the food production industry where occasional food contact could take place.

The product is produced from mineral lubricating oils. It is a high purity grade, clear, light liquid with a clear to light yellow colour. Our product is practically odourless, tasteless and non-toxic (after evaporation of the propellant).

A high performance mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) based antifreeze coolant scientifically formulated for the frost and corrosion protection of automotive cooling systems, engines and power generation applications. PS23 FOODGRADE GREASE is a high quality food grade grease with polymer additives. The formulation is based on non-toxic components only, which comply to, FDA section 21 CFR 178.3570 for accidental food contact. The base oil is according to DAB and FDA sect. 178.3620A.

PS23 ANTI-Seize compound

This product is a blend of ultra fine metal particles in a modified grease base with special extreme pressure additives and anti-corrosion package.

It is used to improve corrosion resistance, to allow the parts to be easily disassembled and to provide a barrier to water penetration since the threads are sealed by the use of compound.
